General description: The “Ramot Yoram” neighborhood forms the center of a new quarter located at the junction of two main boulevards in the city of Netivot. The neighborhood covers an area of 1,740 dunams and includes 5,162 housing units, of which 4,543 are in high-rise construction with another 619 single-family units.

Amy Metom's role on the project: Preliminary and detailed design and supreme supervision. Earthworks, streets, drainage, utilities and coordination of the designers for 22 km. of streets and highways.
