General description: Approx. 2 km long urban arterial road in very difficult terrain including a two-lane roundabout.

Amy Metom's role on the project: Preliminary and detailed design. Traffic, geometry, signage, bridges, drainage and utilities coordination.

Traffic planning for the Harish neighborhoods. Planning of the southern entrance road to Harish – a 3-lane dual-carriageway road with 2 regular lanes and a busway. The roadway is accompanied by bicycle paths for its entire length and connects with an upgraded intersection on road 574.

The “Ramot Yoram” neighborhood forms the center of a new quarter located at the junction of two main boulevards in the city of Netivot. The neighborhood covers an area of 1,740 dunams and includes 5,162 housing units, of which 4,543 are in high-rise construction with another 619 single-family units.
