General description: Planning of a 1,200 units residential neighborhood located between Highway 89, which bypasses the city of Safed on the south, and the Begin neighborhood on the north.
Amy Metom's role on the project: The design work includes roads, drainage, earthworks for housing plots and structural design, including retaining walls and 4 bridges.
